Role: Product Manager
Reports to: Head Commercial
Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile and customer-focused Product Manager to lead initiatives across Payments, Digital Operations, Omnichannel, B2B, and Automation. The role involves managing product backlogs, enhancing user experience, and driving adoption of digital solutions in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog across multiple domains including Payments, Digital Operations, Omnichannel, B2B, and Automation.
- Drive improvements in UI/UX and validation processes to enhance customer experience and reduce payment-related issues.
- Lead the development and rollout of express order capabilities, enabling seamless online-to-store shopping experiences.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing digital order volumes within physical retail stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align on product goals, compliance requirements, and operational strategies.
- Promote adoption of express delivery services through process optimization and automation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and streamline workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce escalations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in product management, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital customer journeys.
