In this position, you will be in charge of overseeing consumer-focused products, specifically the website and app. Your goal is to integrate digital platforms such as the website, app, and physical retail stores to deliver a unified Omni channel experience. You will collaborate closely with the shopping experience, operations, logistics, retail, and support teams to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities: - Align product functionality and objectives with the strategic goals of the brand in the website and app channels to achieve significant business results. - Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering partners to launch new products and features. - Manage the product roadmap and release schedule. - Utilize data for actionable insights, linking quantified goals to significant business results. - Gather and leverage user feedback through usability tests, surveys, and research to enhance user engagement and drive business outcomes. - Prioritize and resolve technical, functional, and quality issues across the website & app. - Stay updated on competitor activity, industry trends, and customer preferences in the Indian apparel shopping market. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches. - Inspire and influence your team to achieve their goals by promoting and aligning with the product vision, strategy, goals, and execution plan.
