THE CONTEXT:  Client is a 100% subsidiary of a Leading Industries venturing into e-commerce with focus on building an Omnichannel Market Place model. The initial focus would be on partnering with various sellers in the categories of Lifestyle and Electronics with an objective to provide unique experience to customers.  2. ORGANOGRAM  3. KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB  We- re looking for a business and technology minded expert to build, manage and grow the front-end and core technology platform framework - and therefore, user-facing features - of our next-generation multi-tenant Omnichannel e-Commerce marketplace platform. You will be responsible to develop product roadmaps around core functionalities that create business advantage. You- ll work closely to understand customer needs, competition, and to drive consensus around priorities. You- ll be accountable for driving adoption of the functionality that is built on the platform and delivering business benefit.   Job Description:  - Own the vision of product roadmaps as required by changing business needs - i.e., identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities to build technology products that delivers features/ functionalities with high market-fit, increase revenue and better serve the needs of our customers and partners.  - Develop product roadmaps through deep understanding of customers, technologies, and competition. Be a guardian of world-class customer experience by continually raising the bar on functionality, flow, consistency, usability, and simplicity.  - Own new feature design as well as upgrades and progressive releases of existing products, lead development from end to end and drive launch activities- i.e. requirements gathering and analysis, detailed feature design (including use cases), product adoption programs.  - Design and develop user-facing e-Commerce functionalities - product search, browse, shopping cart, check out process, payment gateways, offer search, hyper personalization, recommendations, marketing plug-ins, onsite features, social media integrations and much more.  - Prioritize the features and manage development efforts - identify interdependencies, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage trade-offs to ensure the most efficient use of resources. Help to make the right feature trade-offs to meet timelines without compromising customer experience and business relevance.  - Provide a technical interface between the development team and business owners, thoroughly understanding the product and run in front of the software development team, helping define user stories, research appropriate technical solutions, and provide guidance to the team about how to proceed.  - Collaborate with project manager and the development team using Agile methodology.  - Write user stories and user flows.  - Create API based frameworks.  - Collaborate closely with the team managing other parts of the platform - merchandizing, content, onsite marketing etc.  - Build and maintain a complete project schedule, make it constantly visible to management and key stakeholders, and drive it through to completion.  Required Skills:  - 5+ years of relevant ecommerce experience as a metrics driven product manager (BE/ MBA degree preferred). Prior experience of hybris product cockpit will be preferred.  - Passion for design and building simple and intuitive functionalities. Over obsessive understanding of the user on the internet/mobile application ecosystem.   - Experience managing the end-to-end product design and development process.  - Excellent problem solving & analytical skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  - Familiarity with web-based product development using Agile methodologies.  - Confidence to interact with team members across all departments and levels of the organization.  - Hands on ability to execute independently.   - Should have sense for growing the product & also a business sense.
