Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager with 35 years of experience to build and scale technology products that improve operational efficiency across inventory, warehousing, last-mile delivery, workforce management, and business operations. The role requires strong problem-solving, data analysis, product thinking, and the ability to work closely with engineering and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product initiatives across inventory, warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, workforce technology, and business automation.
- Build solutions to optimize inventory replenishment, SKU availability, warehouse capacity, and product placement across dark stores and distribution centres.
- Develop technology solutions to improve last-mile delivery efficiency, particularly during demand spikes and peak periods.
- Build and enhance applications that improve productivity and automate workflows for warehouse teams and delivery partners.
- Identify opportunities to automate supplier management, finance processes, compliance, and other operational workflows.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify problems, define product requirements, prioritize opportunities, and develop scalable solutions.
- Use data and operational insights to identify bottlenecks, measure product performance, and drive product decisions.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, analytics, finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver products effectively.
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and business cases.
- Monitor product outcomes and continuously improve solutions based on data, customer feedback, and business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 35 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, internet, logistics, supply chain, or consumer technology.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently extract, analyze, and interpret data to support product decisions.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, prioritization, experimentation, and product metrics.
- Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Data-driven and customer-focused approach to product development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience with e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, warehouse, or supply-chain products would be an advantage.
