We welcome candidates from Chandigarh and Bangalore to complement our existing teams What You'll Be Responsible For: - Quantitative & qualitative client research to explore needs, validate solutions & evaluate impact. - Work together with design & engineers to plan & execute the implementation phase. - Close collaboration with Sales, Support & Customer Success to understand changing client needs & guide the application of new solutions. - Ongoing industry research, trend spotting & competitive analysis. - Define desired outcomes of projects and initiatives. Gather all key requirements, and deliverables and define main benefits. What You'll Bring to Maropost: - 4+ years of experience specifically in product management. - Demonstrated ability to investigate and research combined with problem-solving. You are a self-motivated individual who enjoys taking initiative and getting things done. - 3+ years of experience coordinating projects or initiatives from planning to execution while managing various internal and external stakeholders. - A team player; you are comfortable working with different styles and believe (like us) that together we achieve much more than alone - A great communicator; you are comfortable communicating in English both written and oral, including leading meetings, selling your ideas and great storytelling. - You have an analytical and curious mindset that enjoys both quantitative & qualitative research and has a passion for bridging the gap between technology and user experience We would be extra impressed if you also have the following: - Experience with the e-commerce industry in general or Search & Merchandising in particular. - Experience in developing SaaS products and working in remote teams.
