Product Manager - eCommerce

About the role:

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our products. As part of the Product team, youll work closely with Engineers, Designers, and Analysts to guide products from conception to launch with a strong focus on creating personalized, user-centric experiences.

What Youll Do:

- Define and own the product strategy & roadmap, aligned with customer needs and company vision.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to build products from scratch and deliver impactful solutions.

- Drive consensus across product, business, and leadership teams while influencing change management for tech adoption.

- Lead and mentor junior PMs, guiding them in building core product offerings.

- Manage end-to-end product metrics, ensuring measurable impact on growth and customer delight.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, pricing & GTM strategies to maximize business outcomes.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and execution plans.

- Effectively communicate product solutions internally and externally to drive adoption and alignment.

You Have:

- Proven track record of delivering innovative, high-growth tech products

- Skilled in data-driven decision making, problem solving & analytics

- Experienced in building roadmaps, managing priorities & driving execution in fast-paced environments

- Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders & engage senior leadership
