
Job Title: Product Manager (Digital Transformation - Intranet)

Job Responsibilities-
- Strong product ownership instincts to work on high-impact digital initiatives, brings a unique blend of business understanding, user empathy, and digital product thinking will act as the bridge between business, design, and engineering teams ensuring product journeys that are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document end-to-end digital journeys (e.g., onboarding, servicing, top-up).
- Translate business goals into BRDs, FSDs, wireframes, and user flows that are easy to understand by tech, design, and QA teams.
- Actively contribute to product roadmap discussions, feature prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Conduct user journey mapping, gap analysis, and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement.
- Own requirement grooming, UAT planning, and testing coordination for product releases.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure journeys are intuitive and aligned with the digital experience strategy.
- Strong understanding of onboarding flows, and self-service modules.
- Proven experience in defining or revamping intranet portals or employee apps for mid-to-large organizations.
