Job Role : Product Manager - Digital PL - Corporate Sales

Location: Mumbai

Key Job Responsibilities

- Develop product strategy and execute end-to-end for Personal Loans offering for employees of top corporates

- Ensure customers' awareness, credit education, and high Net Promoter Score (NPS) via transparent and easy-to-understand customer experience

- Define market opportunity, engagement, and usage strategy, product roadmap


- Knowledge of industry best practices and innovations and get sign-off from senior leadership on implementing optimal solutions enhancing the value proposition.

- Segment-specific value propositions and product requirements

- Develop a clear digital strategy and business rationale and work towards projects/improvements in DIY journeys for Customer delight

- Periodic review of Portfolio, identify green shoots and also red flags for course correction thereby ensuring delinquencies are under control as per SOP.

Job requirements:

- Educational requirement: Post-Graduate or any other equivalent degree with 4+ years of relevant experience

- The candidate should carry experience in conceptualising, implementing and managing Digital Journeys for various lending products in Banks / NBFCs (especially for salaried customers).

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights

- Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices in the financial services industry

- Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects

- Good Communication skills. Ability to understand customer issues.

- Taking ownership of customer feedback and taking them to permanent solution

- Apply best practices and focus on areas of improvement

- Building rapport and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in WORD and EXCEL/PPT preferred

- MIS Tracking
