Job Title: Product Manager - Digital Lending (Fintech)

Experience: 8-10 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who has built and launched products and wants to transform Digital Lending in India. This role owns the product end-to-endfrom vision and roadmap to launch, adoption, and growthusing a customer-first, digital-only mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product vision, roadmap, MVP, and delivery

- Work closely with Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams

- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements

- Lead product launches and drive customer adoption

- Continuously improve the product using customer feedback and data

- Track key metrics, unit economics, and growth KPIs

Required Experience & Skills:

- 8-10 years in Financial Services or Product startups

- 2-3 years experience in leading and launching products

- Fintech / Digital Lending / NBFC experience preferred

- Strong product management skills and execution mindset

- Customer-obsessed, data-driven, digital-first thinker

- Engineers turned Product Managers welcome
