Zero friction, maximum conversion. - The Brain of the Product: Translate complex Credit Policies and RBI guidelines into automated, lightning-fast decisioning flows. - Growth at Scale: Use SQL, A/B testing, and deep funnel diagnostics to squeeze every % out of the conversion funnel. - System Mastery: Lead deep-tech integrations across LOS, LMS & BRE environments with our strategic partners. The Ideal Profile: - Fintech Native: Proven PM experience in lending (Bank/NBFC/Fintech). - Systems Thinker: Hands-on experience with Loan Origination (LOS), Loan Management (LMS) & BRE etc. - Data-Obsessed: Comfortable with SQL, event tracking, and KPI dashboards. - Compliance Savvy: Deep understanding of RBI guidelines for digital lending.
