Product Manager - Digital CX/Finance & Accounting Position Reports to Head of Products/COO Role & Responsibility : 1) Own the entire product offering including the P&L. 2) Will carry Revenue and FTE targets and work closely with Sales and Ops to close deals. 3) Strong domain knowledge. Will define the product strategy and roadmap. 4) Deliver MRDs (Market Requirements Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) with prioritized features and corresponding justification / validation. 5) Responsible to Prepare Business Plans and getting approvals from the stakeholders including Pricing, Service Levels, Revenue Targets, etc. 6) Responsible to create all documents / collaterals required for the product. 7) Responsible to work with different functional teams to design and develop the product offering. 8) Work with internal teams and external third parties to assess partnerships and sales opportunities. 9) Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. 10) Be an expert with respect to the competition and its offerings. 11) Act and drive as a leader within the company and reporting to the functional head. 12) Responsible for Training, Knowledge Management, Governance, Visiting Client Prospects, Periodic Monitoring, etc. Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree with MBA Experience : 5 years to 10 years of relevant experience. Skills/Competencies Required : 1) Domain expertise in Digital Customer experience or Finance & Accounting. 2) Thorough understanding of the relevant Service Line and applicability in various verticals and industries. 3) Ability to gauge, understand the customer requirements, suggest possible solutions that include guidelines, measurement metrics timelines and ROI to business 4) Track Record of achieving success in launching excellent products including the revenues, product positioning, price advantage, etc. 5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good strength in creating presentation and articulating the solution to both internal and external stakeholders. 6) Technical background or understanding with experience in Digital Customer Experience. Good understanding and knowledge of tools and platforms being used in these areas. 7) Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past. 8) Excellent skills in the ability to work with multiple cross functional teams and ability to influence without authority and t drive the project towards successful outcomes. 9) Open to travel and meet customers, partners, prospects, etc. Additional Information Position will be based out of Bangalore.
