About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to join our dynamic Derma Division based in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology or pharmaceutical marketing and will be responsible for driving the growth of key brands, launching new products, and crafting innovative marketing strategies tailored to dermatology healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management:
New Product Launches:
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and medical affairs to ensure successful product introductions.
- Design impactful marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and awareness.
Brand Strategy & Market Positioning:
- Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all communication channels.
Market Share & Sales Growth:
- Monitor sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize product performance.
Creative Communication & In-Clinic Campaigns:
- Lead the development of in-clinic campaigns to enhance product visibility and educate healthcare providers.
Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence:
- Conduct regular competitor analysis using IMS data and other market intelligence tools.
- Identify market opportunities and threats to maintain a competitive edge.
Marketing Plan Development & Execution:
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Provide training and support to sales teams, ensuring strong product knowledge and market insights.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Track marketing spend and evaluate campaign effectiveness to meet financial objectives.
Key Requirements:
Education: B.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) + MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in the dermatology or Cardio Diabetic.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
