Key Responsibilities

- Take control of the Debit Card product roadmap, from conception to launch and optimization following launch.

- Establish a product strategy that is in line with market developments, consumer demands, and business objectives.

- Control card features including offers, lifecycle journeys, price, EMI, restrictions, fees, and rewards.

- Collaborate closely with the teams responsible for engineering, design, risk, compliance, marketing, analytics, and operations.

- Examine the performance of the portfolio (acquisition, spend, activation, attrition, delinquency, and profitability).

- Promote improvements in client engagement, onboarding, and experience

- Oversee experiments and A/B testing to improve product features and experiences.

- Verify adherence to internal risk and regulatory standards

- Monitor the competition environment and suggest unique product offerings

- Create user stories, PRDs, BRDs, and success metrics (OKRs/KPIs).

What We're Looking For

- Product management experience, ideally in Fintech, Lending, or Debit Cards

- A solid grasp of the economics, benefits, risk, and regulations around debit cards

- Prior experience collaborating with agile development teams

- Excellent analytical abilities, including the capacity to evaluate and make judgments based on facts

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities

- The capacity to strike a balance between risk, commercial results, and client experience
