What Were Looking For: - Data Roots: 6-10 years of experience with a strong grounding in Data Engineering (ETL, SQL, Python) and Analysis. - BFSI Expert: You understand the financial sector - knowing the difference between credit risk, lending, and compliance is a must. - Great Communicator: You can explain "data latency" to a CEO and "business ROI" to a developer with ease. - Customer-Facing: Comfortable leading workshops and managing senior stakeholders. Top Skills: Technical: - SQL, Python, Big Data Architectures. Functional: - Product Road mapping, Agile/Scrum, BFSI domain knowledge.
