Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Product Manager with one of the leading organizations.
Experience: 7+ years.
Location: Bangalore.
Must Have: Product management, AI, Databricks/snowflake/spark/airflow, worked as Founder/Co-founder, must have experience in startup.
Responsibilities:
- Proven Data Product Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in enterprise product management, with a track record of successfully developing and launching technical products for data engineers.
Technical Expertise:
1. Deep understanding of data stack concepts including ETL pipelines, data warehousing, data quality frameworks, and workload orchestration.
2. Hands-on experience with contemporary modern data stack technologies such as dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Fivetran, Airflow.
3. Strong foundation in AI technologies, including LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Exceptional Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common objectives through collaboration and persuasion rather than formal authority.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Strong analytical and creative thinking capabilities, with proven success in navigating ambiguity and developing innovative solutions to complex customer challenges.
- Startup DNA: Previous experience in Series A or B-stage startups, demonstrating the ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key.
