Role Overview

The Product Manager - D2C Website will own the end-to-end customer experience and conversion funnel for a direct-to-consumer website. The role requires strong ownership of product roadmap, execution with tech teams, and continuous optimization of website performance and user experience in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and execute the website roadmap based on data, customer insights, and business objectives.

- Tech & Feature Deployment: Work closely with external tech agencies and/or in-house engineering teams to ship new features, enhancements, and integrations across the e-commerce funnel.

- Website Performance Management: Ensure a mobile-first, fast-loading, and stable website experience across devices while supporting traffic growth.

- Customer Journey & UX Optimization: Improve usability and conversion by analyzing heatmaps, user flows, session recordings, and funnel metrics.

- Conversion & Growth Support: Partner with growth and performance marketing teams to optimize landing pages, reduce bounce rates, and improve conversion rates.

- Market & Best Practices: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in a product role for a B2C e-commerce website or app

- Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or custom-built D2C stacks

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for e-commerce products

- Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (APIs, integrations, performance metrics)

- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment
