Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Customer Fulfilment to own the strategy, governance, development, and operational performance of technology platforms supporting global supply chain and fulfilment operations.

The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, solution partners, and third-party vendors to translate business objectives into technology capabilities, drive product roadmaps, and ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery of services.

This is a global role based in Bangalore, requiring strong business acumen, technology understanding, stakeholder management, and experience working with large-scale supply chain and transportation technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, governance, capabilities, and continuous improvement of customer fulfilment technology platforms.

- Partner with business product owners and functional stakeholders to define product vision, priorities, objectives, and measurable outcomes.

- Drive development and operational KPIs for the product and associated technology platforms.

- Lead product development and deployment initiatives through internal teams and strategic technology partners.

- Manage and govern third-party vendors, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, service levels, quality, cost, and timelines.

- Ensure technology solutions comply with established architecture, security, data privacy, regulatory, and governance standards.

- Identify opportunities to optimise technology capabilities and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

- Drive operational excellence, service improvements, and effective incident and issue resolution.

- Evaluate business and technology risks associated with operational incidents, proposed changes, and audit findings, and ensure appropriate mitigation actions.

- Lead service review meetings with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

- Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver product and platform objectives.

- Support the organisation's broader technology portfolio strategy and ensure alignment between business priorities and technology investments.

- Lead resolution of critical business and IT issues through appropriate escalation and governance mechanisms.

Required Experience & Skills:

Supply Chain & Domain Expertise:

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Customer Fulfilment processes, with practical experience using technology to improve business processes.

- Experience with Transportation Management and/or Warehouse Management solutions.

- Hands-on or strong functional experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) is highly desirable.

- Understanding of solution integration, data management, and enterprise technology ecosystems.

- Awareness of the supply chain technology and solution-provider landscape.

Product & Technology Management:

- Proven experience managing technology products/platforms across their lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap, governance, delivery, and operations.

- Experience working with both in-house technology teams and outsourced service providers.

- Strong understanding of technology governance, service management, security, architecture, and compliance.

- Experience driving technology-enabled business transformation and continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Lean-Agile, SAFe, or similar product/project delivery methodologies.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

- Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong experience managing and communicating with third-party technology partners and vendors.

- Ability to build effective relationships with business stakeholders across multiple functions.

- Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to build trust and orchestrate cross-functional and matrix teams involving internal and external stakeholders.

Leadership & Business Skills:

- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex business, commercial, and technical concepts clearly and effectively.

- Ability to prioritise competing requirements and make sound decisions in time-sensitive and high-pressure situations.

- Self-motivated and capable of independently planning and executing work against strategic objectives.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

- Typically 5 - 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a business-facing IT, product management, supply chain technology, or enterprise technology environment.

- Experience working in large, complex or multinational organisations is preferred.

Bangalore, India

Travel: Approximately 510% travel may be required.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in SAP TM, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Technology, Customer Fulfilment, Enterprise Product Management, or Technology Service Management will be preferred.
