Job Description - End-to-End Ownership of the Current Account (CA) Product from ideation, design, development, and launch to post-launch enhancements. - Develop & Innovate CA Products based on customer segments, industry benchmarks, and market research. - Formulate Product Strategy & Processes including account opening flows (physical & digital), product features, pricing, documentation, and compliance workflows. - Drive Digital Transformation for CA offerings streamline onboarding journeys, digitize customer lifecycle touchpoints, and enhance user experience across digital platforms (mobile, net banking, etc.). - Conduct Gap Analysis & Competitor Benchmarking to proactively enhance product offerings and maintain market competitiveness. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams for smooth execution of product roadmap. - Monitor product performance metrics (acquisition, activation, usage, revenue, attrition) and drive data-backed improvements. - Ensure regulatory compliance and timely audit adherence in product policies and procedures. - Work closely with Sales & Relationship Teams to capture voice of customer, identify pain points, and co-create enhancements. Candidate Profile: - Minimum 5 years of core experience in Current Account Product Management in a reputed bank. - Proven experience in product development and lifecycle management of CA productsnot limited to just tech/UX enhancement. - Strong understanding of business banking, SME customer needs, and CA profitability levers. - Exposure to digital onboarding, workflow automation, and regulatory frameworks. - Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and execution skills
