The Role

We are hiring a Product Manager - Crypto Derivatives for one of India's most trusted crypto platforms, serving over 1 million users with 2500Cr+ in trading volume. You will be expected to lead the conceptualization, build-out, and monetization of our derivatives segment (Futures & Options).

The core mandate is simple: build a derivatives product that serious equity F&O traders would confidently migrate to - and trade actively on.

This role requires someone who deeply understands equity derivatives - contract structures, leverage, margin systems, liquidation logic, spreads, funding rates, open interest, and trader psychology - and can translate that understanding into a sharp, high-performance crypto derivatives platform.

You will own the product roadmap, work closely with engineering and risk teams, and drive measurable P&L outcomes including trading volume, liquidity depth, retention, and revenue.

What You Will Drive

You will define the derivatives roadmap end-to-end - from identifying gaps in current exchange offerings to launching features that meaningfully improve execution quality and trader experience.

The focus will include:

- Building features tailored to traders who currently trade equity options and futures

- Optimizing order types, margin logic, liquidation flows, and risk visibility

- Enhancing advanced trading UX (depth, charts, analytics, PnL transparency)

- Designing monetization levers across fees, funding mechanics, and liquidity programs

- Continuously benchmarking against leading global exchanges

Ideal Profile

- We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of product or P&L experience in trading, brokerage, fintech, or exchange environments.

- You think like a trader. You understand volatility cycles. You care about spreads, latency, execution quality, and how small product changes influence behavior.

- Crypto experience is a plus, but derivatives depth is non-negotiable.
