
- 7-8 years of product management experience with at least 4 years specifically focused on CRM or related B2B software
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling CRM products or features
- Experience managing products with complex integrations, APIs, and enterprise- level requirements
- Background working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and integration patterns
- Experience with popular CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Proficiency in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization methodologies
- Knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and customer lifecycle stages
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate business needs into product requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience with international markets and multi-language product considerations
- Background in SaaS pricing models and monetization strategies
- Familiarity with modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Previous experience at high-growth B2B software companies
- Understanding of compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, etc.) for enterprise software
