Job Title: Product Manager - Hospitality

Department: Corporate Finance

Grade: Upto VP2

Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai

Position Purpose:

Drive origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of financing transactions for the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, convention centers, and mixed-use hospitality developments.

The concerned person should have:

- 10 - 12 years of experience in hospitality financing.

- Experience in financing:

1. Business hotels

2. Luxury hotels and resorts

3. Branded residences

4. Serviced apartments

5. Convention and mixed-use hospitality projects

- Understanding of hotel operating models (managed, franchised, leased, owner-operated).

- Knowledge of hospitality valuation metrics including ADR, RevPAR, GOP, EBITDA, occupancy, and debt service coverage.

- Strong network with hotel developers, operators, consultants, and institutional investors.

Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities:

1. Jointly originate lending opportunities along with relationship team in the hospitality sector.

2. Structure construction finance, term loans, acquisition finance, lease rental discounting (LRD), refinancing, and working capital facilities.

3. Assess project feasibility, demand-supply dynamics, operator performance, occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR, and cash flow sustainability.

4. Conduct financial, commercial, technical, and legal due diligence.

5. Build relationships with hotel owners, developers, operators, private equity funds, and hospitality consultants.

6. Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, project progress, and asset quality.

7. Identify cross-selling opportunities across transaction banking, treasury, and cash management products.

Qualifications And Experience Requirement:

CA/MBA/CFA
