Do you have experience in product development for premium B2C brands? Do you want to use that to take India's largest premium wearables brand to millions of customers in more than 100 countries? If so, read on and apply...

About Ultrahuman:

Ultrahuman ($125M FY26 revenue, ~6000 Retail doors, 100+ countries) is one of the world's leading smart-ring and health-wearable companies - an Indian-built global brand, headquartered in Bangalore and sold in 100+ countries. We make the Ultrahuman Ring AIR (one of the world's lightest smart rings), the M1 glucose platform, Ultrahuman Home, and Blood Vision - one connected health platform across wearables, glucose, home, and blood. We did around $125M in revenue in FY26, founder-led and growing fast, competing with the likes of Oura and Whoop.

The Role:

Role: Product Manager

Location: Kudlu Gate, Electronic City, Bengaluru

Schedule: 5-days, WFO

The Ultrahuman Product Experience team translates cutting-edge health technology into world-class, premium consumer software experiences across our Ring, M1 CGM, home, and blood ecosystems.

We are hiring a dedicated Product Manager to own that end-to-end: elevate the look, feel, and flow of our live app and web experiences, and scope brand-new high-craft feature experiences that delight discerning users globally.

Above all, you will be the customer's voice for product craft and experience inside the team: the person who keeps asking how we make every interaction feel seamless, premium, and delightful, turning complex hardware and health capabilities into elegant UX. You will align backend, firmware, web, mobile apps, brand, and design to ship it.

In a typical month, you will take a refined UI/UX experience live in production, scope a brand-new feature tailored for premium consumer expectations, and shape how every micro-interaction lands in the app. The common thread is impeccable customer taste and the ability to make ambiguous, cross-team work ship without waiting to be told how.

What You'll Do:

- Be the customer's voice for premium experience: Turn "how do we make this feel magical, intuitive, and high-end?" into the bar for what we build, and hold every team to it.

- Ship premium experiences into production: Take signature feature flows, visual designs, and interactive touchpoints live in users' hands - driving backend, firmware, web, mobile apps, and design while owning scope, sequencing, and trade-off calls.

- Turn capabilities into flagship features: Identify opportunities to elevate everyday user journeys, pressure-test them for delight and utility, prototype fast, and drive the winning premium experiences live across app and web.

- Define world-class product craftsmanship in-product: Own the onboarding flows, feature animations, design details, and polished visual storytelling that make the product feel like a luxury, high-tier B2C experience.

What This Looks Like in Practice:

- Shipping premium features to production: Take a brand-new feature flow or visual redesign live, coordinating backend, firmware, mobile apps, and design to deploy, surface, and polish it seamlessly.

- Crafting new premium experiences: Rethink daily user touchpoints and dashboard aesthetics into signature, delightful moments that set a new benchmark for premium B2C wearables.

- Elevating the product feel: When introducing a new capability or UI shift, decide how users interact with and experience it (the motion design, micro-copy, and onboarding) so it feels premium and effortless.

Who You Are:

- Relentlessly customer-first with impeccable product taste: You start from the user and the experience, not just the underlying tech. You are obsessed with micro-interactions, aesthetic detail, and delight, and you can point to a non-obvious experience design decision that transformed how users felt about your product.

- You align people and get things shipped: You can take a vision to founders, a CTO, or a lead designer, get everyone rowing the same way, and drive ambiguous cross-team work all the way to done, without handholding or positional authority.

- A product manager in premium B2C or high-craft digital products: You have shipped refined, consumer-facing digital products or feature suites end-to-end with engineering and product design teams.

- Fluent in premium consumer software UX: You deeply understand what makes consumer applications feel high-end, responsive, intuitive, and visually stunning.

- Real product sense: You prioritize what to build from a mix of user delight, brand positioning, strategic context, and business impact.

- Comfortable around hardware & software integration: You know how software interacts with physical products/wearables to create a unified, premium end-to-end brand touchpoint.

Experience:

- Typically 4 to 5 years in product, ideally with exposure to premium B2C brands, high-craft consumer apps, or hardware-software ecosystems.

How We Work and Who Thrives Here:

You will be shaping the product experience culture as we scale our premium positioning. People do their best work here when they are energized by ambiguity, low on ego, quick to adopt a better idea no matter where it comes from, and comfortable moving fast in a young team without much process.

What You'll Gain:

- Ownership of the core experience surface where our millions of users interact with Ultrahuman daily.

- Range across the full premium product stack, from firmware interaction points to pixel-perfect app flows.

- Direct collaboration with the executive, engineering, design, and brand teams building Ultrahuman into a global luxury health brand.
