What Youll Do:

Leader of product and client operations reporting to Co-Founder. Product Manager leads product development and client operations with deep-focus on client interactions. Central role in the organization fostering collaboration between product team, engineering team, business team and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Own product roadmap of the organization ensuring on-time delivery of product releases

- Oversee the design and implementation of dashboards and reports.

- Evaluate and recommend data tools, platforms, and BI solutions.

- Develop and maintain data standards, policies, and quality controls.

- Manage all client interactions ensuring timely delivery and nurturing the customers

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and insights to customers.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Mentor and develop product team with focus on organization culture, team development and innovation

- Prioritize and assign projects based on client and business needs

- Ensure team is trained on tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

- Identify opportunities to optimize analytics processes.

- Stay current on data analytics trends and innovations.

- Foster a data-driven culture across the organization

What Were Looking For:

- Strong client hands and ability to manage several clients

- 3 + years in analytics roles

- Very strong on problem solving, communication, quantitative analysis

- Output oriented with deep docus on timely delivery
