About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

- Collaborate with R&D to develop and optimize products.

- Define product roadmaps, launch plans, and pricing strategies.

- Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting guidance.

- Manage customer relationships and gather feedback to improve products.

- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience in product management or technical roles in construction chemicals/building materials.

- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
