A leading Digital Banking is looking for a dynamic Product Manager Chatbot to drive innovation across conversational AI platforms.

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Qualification: MBA from Tier-1 institute only

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end chatbot conversations across App, WhatsApp & GBM

- Understand business needs & evaluate feasibility for new digital banking asset & liability products

- Lead new initiatives and enhancements based on industry and competitive trends

- Build and execute the product roadmap

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the right features

- Conduct industry analysis across conversational bots & social channels

- Work with Marketing/Campaign teams to drive communication & adoption of conversational AI

- Manage vendors and ensure timely development of conversational journeys

- Analyze data to improve content, engagement, and system performance

- Define, track & own key chatbot KPIs

- Create reports & insights using CDP for deeper customer understanding

- Drive enhancements, bug fixes & ensure quick resolution with internal and vendor teams

- Perform end-to-end testing (UAT) and ensure production signoff

- Enhance customer experience and manage CX transformation

- Handle vendor invoicing & agreement finalization
