Job Title: Product Manager - Chatbot / Agentic Voice
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8+ Years
- Own the product vision and roadmap for agentic voice solutions across the platforms.
- Design and scale AI-driven voice bots and chatbots leveraging NLP, LLMs, ASR/TTS, and conversational AI frameworks.
- Drive customer experience improvements by reducing call handling time, improving resolution rates, and increasing automation.
- Collaborate with AI/ML, Engineering, and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Define conversation flows, intent classification, fallback strategies, and human handoff mechanisms.
- Monitor product & ensure regulatory compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI usage in voice and conversational systems.
- Manage vendor partnerships and third-party voice/AI platforms.
- Lead continuous experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization of conversational journeys.
