A leading Digital Banking is looking for a dynamic Product Manager Chatbot to drive innovation across conversational AI platforms.
Location: Mumbai OR Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end chatbot journeys across App, WhatsApp, and GBM platforms
- Understand business requirements and assess feasibility for new digital banking asset & liability products
- Drive new initiatives and product enhancements based on market trends and competitive benchmarking
- Define, build, and execute the product roadmap for conversational AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, UX, Marketing, Operations) to deliver impactful features
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis across chatbot and social platforms
- Partner with Marketing and Campaign teams to drive adoption and engagement
- Manage external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of chatbot solutions
- Analyze data to optimize content, engagement, and chatbot performance
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for chatbot success
- Generate actionable insights using Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Lead continuous improvements, including bug fixes and enhancements
- Perform end-to-end testing (UAT) and ensure production readiness
- Drive customer experience (CX) transformation initiatives
- Oversee vendor invoicing, contracts, and agreements
