Product Manager - Business Rule Engine - Lending/Banking

We are scouting for a sharp, data-driven Product Manager to spearhead the Business Rule Engine (BRE) ecosystem for a high-growth digital lending platform.

This is a pivotal "Alpha" role where you will own the logic that powers real-time credit decisions for millions of users. You will sit at the intersection of Risk, Data Science, and Engineering to build a seamless, automated underwriting powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic BRE Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of industry-leading decision engines (e.g., FICO, Sentinel) to drive hyper-personalized lending.

2) Policy Architecture: Partner with Risk and Analytics teams to translate complex credit policies into automated rule-sets and decisioning frameworks.

3) Growth Optimization: Run daily performance audits on decisioning logic to improve user conversion rates while maintaining a razor-sharp focus on risk appetite.

4) AI-Risk Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML squads to deploy advanced models for specific user segments.

5) Regulatory Guardrails: Ensure 100% alignment with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and data privacy standards.

6) Technical Execution: Convert business requirements into high-quality functional specs (BRD/FRD) and oversee API integrations and staging.

Requirements:

1) Domain Expertise: 3-7 years of experience in FinTech or Banking, specifically within Credit Risk or Lending Management Systems (LMS).

2) Technical Must-Haves: Hands-on experience with Business Rule Engines (FICO, Sentinel, Experian, or similar) is mandatory.

3) Data Proficiency: Strong grip on SQL for data validation and a deep understanding of API data flows.
