Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analytics Product Manager to define, design, and deliver high-impact analytics products.
The ideal candidate will work closely with data engineering, BI, and data science teams to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions and ensure strong user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Requirements Management:
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for analytics platforms and solutions.
- Define the product vision, roadmap, release plans, and KPIs.
- Convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with data engineering, BI, data science, and business teams to ensure alignment on solution design.
- Participate in sprint planning, design sessions, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies.
Data Governance & Quality:
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and accessibility throughout analytics solutions.
- Validate datasets, metrics, dashboards, and reports to ensure business accuracy.
Adoption, Change Management & Delivery:
- Drive user adoption, provide walkthroughs, and support change management activities.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and business outcomes.
- Support UAT execution and ensure timely delivery of product features.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Data/Analytics-related roles.
Strong hands-on skills in:
- SQL
- Power BI or Tableau
- Analytics concepts, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Experience in Agile development environments (Scrum, SAFe).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, cross-functional remote teams
