One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Product Manager  Basic Job Purpose:  - To drive activation on debit cards  - Increase penetration of fee paid debit cards  - Enhance usage by promotional activities  - Leverage upon merchant alliances to design and effectively communicate promotional campaigns  - Review, develop and manage card features to design the best-in-class debit card offering across segments  - Driving promotional activities on the portfolio with marketing and sales, to increase spends and activation.   - Work with frontline sales to increase penetration of the fee based debit cards  - Manage relationships with partners – MasterCard, Co-brand Partners and other vendors  - Manage reporting other regulatory requirements for debit cards.  - Increase NTB activation to lead to growth in acceptance revenue and spends  - Manage relationship with co-brand partners and the association (MasterCard)  - Increase penetration of value-added cards in the portfolio, with increase in fee revenue.  - Review, develop and manage all channels of communication including statements, CBOL account, website,  welcome packs, and mobile app  - Implementation of regulatory requirements for the debit card portfolio  - Features management: Develop and drive core feature product initiatives, including promotion of features and  management of associated partners  - Source offers for the portfolio to increase usage and activation of the portfolio.  - New product launches for the debit card portfolio  - Manage marketing budget and reporting requirements  - Manage brand and product collateral materials (including POS) ensuring they are accurate, on brand and  delivered within required budget   Education & Experience:  - MBA from B Schools with 4-5 yrs of Product Management experience preferable from banking industry.   - Excellent presentation skills.  - Excellent quantitative skills and ability to generate analytical reports using Excel  - Strong Marketing skills  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details to: preambojan@gmail.com  Premnath Bojan Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
