We are hiring for a leadership role with a leading Payments organization.
Role: Incharge Product Development (Cross Border Remittances)
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: 14+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the comprehensive Product Roadmap, aligning long-term business objectives with technical feasibility to ensure a competitive edge in the payments landscape.
- Lead the Product Design process by championing user-centric methodologies, ensuring that complex remittance workflows remain intuitive and accessible for our customers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Product Management initiatives, from conceptualization and requirement gathering to post-launch optimization and performance analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to navigate the intricacies of Remittance and Payments regulations, ensuring all product features meet global compliance standards while maintaining high transaction velocity.
- Mentor high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and rapid experimentation to accelerate business outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements:

- BE/B.Tech (Full-time); MBA preferred
- AI Certification preferred
