



We're looking for a Product Manager who is equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and builder. In this role, you will shape the future of digital collections by combining customer insight, domain expertise, and next-gen technology.
The right candidate has a Tier-1 academic pedigree, experience in consulting (where structured problem-solving is second nature), and a strong product background in the financial services industry.
You Will:
- Own the vision and roadmap for digital and assisted collection products
- Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform decisions
- Contribute to the transformation of collections through automation and AI
- Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business leaders
- Ensure all solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards
You Bring:
- 6+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in product management (strategy or transformation roles preferred)
- Experience in global banking organizations
- A deep understanding of collections, lending, or credit risk
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional communication skills
