Our client, a global consulting firm is partnering with a major bank to accelerate its digital banking transformation. The engagement focuses on enhancing digital capabilities across MSME, corporate, and retail internet banking segments through targeted platform implementations and application development.

As a functional Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's digital future. You will translate business needs into robust digital solutions, driving the delivery of internal and external banking applications that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning in the Indian banking landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end platform implementation for digital banking solutions targeting MSME, corporate, and retail segments

- Define functional requirements and user journeys for both internal bank applications and external customer-facing internet banking platforms

- Collaborate closely with bank business stakeholders, technology teams, and the consulting firm's delivery leads to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives

- Prioritize features, manage product backlogs, and drive agile delivery of digital applications from a business perspective

- Influence key decisions on platform architecture, user experience enhancements, and integration with existing banking systems

- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend iterative improvements to maximize adoption and business impact

Your Background :

- 3-8 years of relevant experience as a functional Product Manager in the banking or financial services sector

- Proven track record in digital applications development and platform implementation from the business side (non-technical/functional focus)

- Strong domain knowledge of MSME, corporate, and retail banking products and digital channels

- Experience working with major banks on internet banking or related digital transformation initiatives

- Excellent stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and agile product delivery skills

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
