Product Manager - B2C Platform

Description:

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation, discovery, and defining requirements, to execution and launch.

- Work closely with design and engineering to build robust solutions, with a strong grasp of both frontend and backend systems.

- Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring product priorities tie back to business and user goals.

- Champion design excellence - guide and collaborate with the design org to build intuitive, seamless experiences.

- Take initiatives to identify new opportunities, propose impactful solutions, and execute them with speed and quality.

- Analyse data and user insights to continuously iterate and improve the product.

What Were Looking For:

- 6 - 8 years of product management experience, ideally in an internet-based B2C platform environment.

- Solid understanding of how frontend and backend systems work - you can have meaningful discussions with engineers and make informed trade-offs.

- Strong ability to work with tech, business and design stakeholders, driving user-centric solutions.

- Proven record of taking initiative and independently driving projects to success.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
