Mandatory Criteria:

- Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in Growing Startups or Product-based companies, with proven experience in a B2C product environment.

- Candidate should have hands-on experience across the complete product lifecycle, including product vision and roadmap creation, requirement gathering and PRD documentation, feature prioritization and planning, execution with engineering teams and post-launch iterations.

- Candidate must possess strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to define and track product metrics and KPIs to measure success.

- Candidate should have significant experience collaborating with UX/UI and design teams, including user research, prototyping, and A/B testing to enhance user experience.

- Candidate must have a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Candidate should have experience developing and implementing user retention, engagement, and activation strategies to drive product growth and customer loyalty.

Job Summary:

- As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall user experience and driving continuous engagement across the platform.


- This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and customer empathy.


- You will be responsible for crafting and executing product strategies that focus on retaining existing users, reactivating inactive ones, and ensuring consistent user satisfaction.


- The position calls for someone who can blend creativity, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional digital experiences that delight users and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Product Ownership:

- Take complete ownership of the product lifecycle - from ideation and strategy formulation to execution and launch. You will define the product vision, identify user and market needs, and translate them into actionable roadmaps that align with business goals.

Product Development Leadership:

- Lead the full product development lifecycle, ensuring that all phases - ideation, design, development, and release - are executed efficiently.


- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet customer expectations.

Collaboration with Engineering Teams:

- Partner with the engineering team to translate product concepts and requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. Ensure the product is built efficiently, tested thoroughly, and deployed seamlessly, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders including leadership, marketing, design, and data teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements. Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure all product decisions support the overall strategic vision.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking to understand emerging trends, evolving user behavior, and innovation opportunities.


- Use these insights to strengthen the product roadmap and ensure it remains ahead of industry developments.

User Experience and Design:

- Advocate for user-centric design principles and collaborate with UX/UI teams to craft seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences.


- Ensure every product iteration enhances usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

- Leverage data analytics and user feedback to evaluate feature performance, measure success metrics, and guide future enhancements. Continuously refine the product based on real-world insights and behavioral patterns.

User Retention and Engagement:

- Design and execute strategies focused on boosting user retention, engagement, and loyalty.


- Develop mechanisms to reactivate dormant users and ensure consistent satisfaction across user touchpoints.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

- Partner with marketing and growth teams to create impactful go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature rollouts.


- Ensure that positioning, messaging, and promotion align with the product's core value proposition.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in technology, digital entertainment, and consumer trends.


- Identify opportunities to innovate, enhance product performance, and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

What You Bring

Educational Background:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.


- A strong technical foundation is essential to effectively collaborate with development teams and understand product architecture.

Experience:

- At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the B2C digital product space.


- Prior exposure to the OTT or streaming industry is highly desirable, as it provides valuable insights into audience engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into meaningful business actions.


- A data-driven approach to problem-solving is critical for making informed decisions and measuring product success.

Communication and Leadership:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence key stakeholders.


- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Adaptability and Execution:

- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.


- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
