Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to join our team in Gurugram to lead the evolution of our B2B SaaS retail-tech ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex retail operations and intuitive software solutions, overseeing the lifecycle of our ERP and POS modules. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, design squads, and key retail stakeholders to translate operational pain points into scalable product features. By driving the roadmap for our core business platforms, you will directly influence how our enterprise clients manage inventory, streamline transactions, and optimize their retail footprint, ultimately shaping the future of digital commerce infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our ERP and POS solutions by conducting deep-dive research into retail workflows to ensure our platform remains the industry standard.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of features that solve critical merchant challenges.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback loops to identify growth opportunities and prioritize the backlog for maximum business impact.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to understand client-specific pain points, ensuring our product suite effectively addresses the evolving needs of large-scale retail operations.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to go-to-market strategy and post-launch optimization, to drive user adoption and retention.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business logic into user-friendly SaaS interfaces, specifically within the ERP or POS domain.
- Proven track record of managing product roadmaps in an agile environment, balancing technical constraints with aggressive business timelines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data-driven insights to make informed decisions that improve product usability and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- High degree of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram, working collaboratively with diverse teams to solve ambiguous problems.
- A degree in Engineering or Management from a premier institute, complemented by 2 to 10 years of hands-on experience in product management within the B2B SaaS or retail-tech space.
