Job Description:
Product Manager - B2B SaaS - Ex-Sprinklr
Strong Forward Deployed Product Manager profile with robust exposure to client-facing delivery.
Mandatory Experience:
- 4+ years of total experience, including at least 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager/Forward Deployed Product Manager at Sprinklr (previously, not currently employed there), working closely with clients in an onsite or customer-facing capacity.
- Strong track record of client-facing delivery, having run implementations or deployments for large enterprise customers.
- Experience running discovery workshops, demos, solution reviews, and go-lives with enterprise stakeholders from process owners up to CXO level.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Comfortable getting hands-on able to read API docs, model data flows, write SQL, and reason about system integrations.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience working closely with designers, engineers, testers and other stakeholders.
- Bias to build, with comfort in ambiguity and evolving scope.
Mandatory Company Requirement:
- Ex-Sprinklr employee; current employer can be either a product company or a services company.
