Role Overview:

As a Product Manager in our B2B SaaS division based in Bangalore, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our core product modules, translating complex enterprise requirements into intuitive, scalable software solutions. Your day-to-day involves deep collaboration with engineering, design, and customer success teams to prioritize features that solve real-world pain points for our global client base. By balancing technical feasibility with market demands, you will directly influence our product roadmap, drive user adoption, and contribute significantly to the company's ARR growth and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap by analyzing market trends and customer feedback to ensure our SaaS offering remains competitive and addresses critical business challenges.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and design teams to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring high-quality and timely feature delivery.

- Conduct rigorous discovery sessions with enterprise clients to identify workflow bottlenecks, enabling the development of features that improve operational efficiency and user retention.

- Monitor key product performance metrics and user engagement data to iterate on existing features, ensuring the product consistently delivers measurable value to our stakeholders.

- Partner with sales and marketing teams to facilitate product launches, providing the necessary collateral and training to drive successful market adoption and customer satisfaction.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage the full product development lifecycle within a B2B SaaS environment, with 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling enterprise-grade software.

- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements that align with long-term business objectives.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data, user research, and competitive intelligence to make informed, evidence-based product decisions.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and building consensus among diverse internal and external partners.

- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong academic foundation and analytical rigor.
