About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive end-to-end ownership of our B2B SaaS products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building products that solve real customer problems.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to take products from idea to launch and continuous improvement, directly impacting product growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market insights, and business goals

- Gather and analyze requirements through user research, customer interviews, and data-driven insights

- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams across the product development lifecycle

- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends

- Manage product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams for successful rollouts

- Own and maintain product documentation and backlog prioritization

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS environments

- Prior experience of 2+ years in Software Development or QA, OR strong product experience in a pure-tech or similar product domain

- Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end, from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations

- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Criteria:

- Background in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech)

- Experience in B2B SaaS companies, preferably in CommunicationTech

- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru

- Demonstrated stability, with at least 2 years in a role (one short stint acceptable)

- Total experience should not exceed 8 years

- This role is strictly an Individual Contributor (IC) role
