Product Manager - B2B SaaS (Retail-Tech, ERP, POS)

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our product development, driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our B2B SaaS solutions in the retail-tech space. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative ERP and POS solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and profitability of retail businesses by providing them with cutting-edge tools to manage their operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2B SaaS offerings, aligning with overall business goals and market opportunities.

- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to maximize value and impact.

- Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

- Act as a product evangelist, communicating the value proposition of our solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth in the B2B SaaS space.

- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on ERP, POS, or other retail-tech solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- 2-7 years of experience in Product Management.
