Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our B2B SaaS product. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and iteration. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a product that delights our customers and achieves our business goals. Your work will directly impact the success of our customers by providing them with innovative solutions to their business challenges and contribute significantly to the growth and market leadership of our company. Key Responsibilities: - Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2B SaaS offering, aligning it with overall company objectives and market opportunities. - Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and inform product decisions. - Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for the engineering team. - Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering the most impactful features. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development process to ensure high-quality product releases. - Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product features and releases, working closely with marketing and sales teams. - Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and iterate on the product based on data and insights. - Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, communicating the value proposition and benefits of our B2B SaaS product. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to define and execute successful product strategies in a B2B SaaS environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. - Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices. - Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
