Product Manager - B2B SaaS

About the Role:

We are hiring a Product Manager to own and scale key product areas in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with customers, leadership, engineering, and design teams to build products that solve real business problems at scale.

You will drive the product journey end-to-end from problem discovery and strategy to execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Customer Insight:

- Engage with customers to understand pain points and identify product opportunities

- Translate feedback into clear product strategy and prioritization

- Own and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals

- Define success metrics and measure product impact

Product Execution:

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery PRDs development launch

- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams

- Make smart trade-offs between speed, scalability, and impact

- Deliver features with clear business outcomes

Collaboration & Enablement:

- Partner with Sales and Customer Success during implementations and escalations

- Communicate product updates through release notes and internal enablement

- Maintain clear product documentation for customers and internal teams

Ideal Candidate:

- 6-10 years total experience with 6+ years in Product Management

- Currently working as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company

- Strong experience owning products end-to-end

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments

Mandatory Criteria:

- Engineering graduate from Top IITs

- Graduation batch: 20162019

- Current CTC 35 LPA+

- Experience in Series AC funded SaaS startups preferred

Good to Have:

- FinTech domain exposure

- Experience building scalable SaaS platforms

- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or data-driven products
