Product Manager - B2B SaaS

Description:

We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of core B2B SaaS products. This is a strategic, execution-heavy role that requires strong product thinking, customer empathy, and the ability to work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

You will shape the product roadmap, define key features, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Develop and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs.

- Prioritize features using data-driven frameworks.

2. End-to-End Product Ownership:

- Drive the entire product lifecycle:

Ideation Requirement Gathering PRDs Wireframes Development Testing Launch Post-launch Iterations

- Define clear product requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customer success teams to ensure timely and quality product releases.

- Act as the bridge between business, technology, and operations.

4. Customer Insights & Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and product adoption.

- Partner with sales, implementation, and support teams to gather feedback and drive customer success.

5. Data-Driven Product Decision Making:

- Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and measure impact of feature launches.

- Use data insights to make continuous improvements and optimize user experience.

Required Experience & Skills:

Must-Haves:

- 710 years of experience in product management with B2B SaaS exposure.

- Hands-on experience managing full product lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of user journeys, solutioning, and system workflows.

- Experience working in agile product development environments.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong stakeholder and project management capability
