Position: Product Manager As a Product Manager, your duties will include analysing customer behaviour and industry trends, evaluating customer feedback on our product, finding solutions, and delivering on them. To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to contribute appropriate product-related insights and strategies, as well as the ability to execute on them. Roles and Responsibilities - - Help in developing and implementing product vision and strategy. - Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements. - Implements usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirements. - Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals. - Stay on top of the market and competition. - Collaborate closely with other product managers, operations team and engineering teams to find the most effective ways to create business value. - Work closely with product development teams to execute on our product roadmap - Drive product vision and product strategy definition, including key milestones. - Training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers. - Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. - 2-6 years of proven Product Management experience and ability to design and develop sophisticated, innovative, efficient, and durable solutions to complex technical and business problems; SaaS, mobility/mapping/GIS, AI/ML experience, or enterprise B2B experience strongly preferred. - A healthy amount of customer obsession, data literacy, and platform thinking, as well as a good understanding of API and SDK development and the relevant trends ongoing there. - Product operational knowledge as well as Product discovery, Product optimization and Product delivery techniques. - A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational, presentation skills and leadership skills. Beneficial/Nice-to-Haves: (optional) - Outstanding narrative and storytelling abilities that propel usage, adoption and market momentum. - Prior experience with proprietary and open-source map products and tools, such as maps from HERE, TomTom and OSM, and supporting tool sets such as QGIS. - Some prior experience with data science and/or machine learning teams
