Product Manager - Automotive

Description:About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of new vehicle components and systems, from concept through to production. The role involves driving product strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring products meet performance, cost, and quality targets while aligning with market trends and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for new automotive components and systems.

- Lead and coordinate design, engineering, and testing activities to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all phases of product development.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to refine product features and maintain competitiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering discipline.

- 5+ years experience in automotive product development, preferably in vehicle components or systems.

- Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
