Youll play a key role in defining product strategy, driving execution through SAFe and EPIC frameworks, and collaborating across teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

What Youll Do:

- Mentor team members and contribute to cross-functional product initiatives.

- Evaluate complex challenges, optimize processes, and identify risk mitigation strategies.

- Define and manage the product roadmapaligning priorities and timelines with stakeholders.

- Partner with Product Marketing, Operations, Delivery, and R&D teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.

- Develop compelling value propositions and product messages based on market and customer insights.

What Were Looking For:

- Proven track record in defining product strategy, long-term goals, and business value.

- Expertise in SAFe / EPIC frameworks and Agile methodologies.

- Skilled in market analysis, positioning, and go-to-market alignment.

- Ability to collaborate with third-party partners and internal teams for seamless product delivery.

- Experience participating in PI Planning, Lean Portfolio Management, and System Demos.
