Job Description: As a product manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our aviation-related products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of the aviation industry and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for aviation-related products, aligning them with the company's goals and market needs. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the aviation domain. - Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and release schedules, considering market dynamics and customer requirements. - Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with aviation industry experts, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and document product requirements. - Product Development: Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure products are developed efficiently and meet quality standards. Qualifications: - Experience in NDS (New Distribution Capability) launched by IATA is mandatory. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). - Proven experience as a product manager in the aviation or aerospace industry. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. - Ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies - Experience with aviation-related software or hardware products - Knowledge of aviation maintenance, operations, or air traffic management. - Industry certifications or memberships in relevant aviation organisations.
