Location: Open/Remote-first (Quarterly travel to Chennai)

They are now building a new AI-driven product and are looking for a Product Manager to lead this journey end-to-end.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead efforts for our new AI-driven product. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys building from 01 and scaling from early traction to product-market fit. Youll work closely with engineering, design, leadership and GTM teams to shape the roadmap, define user journeys, and deliver a world-class SaaS product.
What Youll Own :
- End-to-end product lifecycle for the new AI product - from discovery to launch and iterations
- Product strategy, roadmap planning, and requirement scoping
- Translating user needs into clear product specs, success metrics, and documentation
- Working closely with engineering and design teams to guide execution
- Collaborating with customers, sales, and customer success to drive adoption, feedback loops and continuous improvement
- Owning delivery timelines and ensuring product releases are high-quality and aligned to business goals
- Defining and tracking product success metrics, user engagement, and usage analytics
- Representing the product vision internally and externally
Who Were Looking For:
- 48 years of core Product Management experience
- Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
- Worked with early-stage to mid-stage startups (Series C or below preferred)
- Experience with fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and 01 ownership
- Data-first approach to decision making, prioritisation and experimentation
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing value
Bonus Points For:
- Background from ISB or IIM A/B/C
- Working experience with AI/ML-driven products, data platforms, or workflow automation SaaS
- Prior experience in founder-led startups or small product teams
