Role & Responsibilities - Conceptualize & launch AI-first healthcare products - Own divisions of existing product portfolio - Align teams on a shared vision and drive execution - Document user requirements & build roadmaps - Champion communication - for product use cases, white papers, and pitch decks - Conduct user interviews, competitive research, and strategic analysis - Measure KPIs that matter - data driven to monitor utilization and feature uptake - Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders Ideal Candidate Must have: - Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational skills - Excellent communication - both oral & written. - Data driven analytical approach & problem-solving skills - Prior experience in software product management - Wizardry in documentation and pitch decks - 2+ years of working experience in technology - Ability to collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, clinicians & clients with equal ease Good to have: - BS degree in computer Science or related field - Product leadership experience specially in the health tech domain - Demonstrated passion for AI - Experience with PM productivity tools (JIRA, Figma, Google Analytics, etc.) - Strong Product Management profile. - Mandatory - Either AI / ML Company Experience OR Must have AI / ML work Experience in last 2 years - Target company (Mandatory)- Product company only CTC upto 30lpa Location - Bengaluru
