Product Manager - Affordability/Buy Now Pay Later Vertical - FinTech

About the Role:

We are looking forward to work with product development experts who combine their business knowledge, technical expertise, market orientation to enhance our existing value proposition on Affordability. As a Product Manager, you will join the team responsible for the product roadmap and strategic vision. You will work closely with our various teams, which includes but not limited to engineering, analytics, sales and marketing, Design as well as with our existing clients/customers to understand market needs and turn that knowledge into innovative and easy to-use products/features/solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage various facets of Affordability business(P&L).

- Deep understanding of Affordability product into B2B and B2B2C translating into industry best value proposition.

- User Journeys, Subvention/offer funding capabilities, deep understanding of relevant lending practices & regulatory framework.

- Ability to propose solution workflows & technical specifications for new enhancements

- Responsible for making product notes, process notes and document requirements for new enhancement.

- Project managing partner implementation as a single point of contact (for internal stakeholders as well as partner) in an effective and timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Should have 4-8 Yrs of experience and detailed understanding of consumer finance product- Debit card EMI, Credit card EMI & BNPL.

- Should have experience working on No Cost EMI/Low-Cost EMI product offerings.

- Should understand OEM subvention and able to think on building offer engine (no cost/low cost/cashback/instant discount) as a product offering.

- Should be able to identify market requirements for EMI offers and build product roadmap accordingly.

- Should be well versed with process of EMI conversion, recon & refund.

- A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to develop all documents in Agile SDLC like BRD, CRD, Project Plan, Test Cases.

- Experience in Agile SDLC tools like JIRA, Confluence is must.

- Hands on experience in API management tools like Postman, SOAP UI

Graduate/ BTech/ BCA
